 final score

Alex was beyond excited.
He couldn't stop talking on the way home.
His first words after the game, "Can I do it again next year?" and "I bet I'm on SportsCenter!"
Sure enough, our boy made ESPN highlights!
Thanks to Miss Debbie for the table seats!  We had a perfect view of Alex and his mop.

Challenger Football

 Caden and Ivan pregame
 warming up
Ivan with his first carry of the day. (His yellow shirt matched the yellow vests of the opposing team.)
 still going...
 going...
 going...
Ivan didn't know his flag was gone!
 And going without a flag!
(love the victory dance of the flag stealer!)
 And going!
 Run Forrest, Run!

cheerleader tunnel
Ivan's favorite part.  He danced with them during their half time routine.

Challenger Air

 Preparing for take off.
Gary Seesing, Ivan's pilot donated his time, plane and fuel.
Ivan was beyond excited.  Alex wasn't so sure, especially when Gary let Ivan take over the controls.  Ivan flew the plane like he flies the Wii resort airplane!

Ivan earned his pilot wings after the flight.

Head for the Cure #2

 TWO MILES!
For those of you keeping track, Susie doubled her distance from last year!
Aunt Susie:  One of Ivan's most "favoritest" people on earth!
Chris and Alex ran the 5K this year.
Alex came in first in the Kids Run.
So happy to have Miss Liz join us this year!
